We collect email addresses submitted via our waitlist form. We also receive payment information (email and amount) from Stripe when a Side Quest session is purchased. We do not store payment card details.
We use your email to send you early-access updates about Runescale. If you are a player who booked a session, we pass your email to your Dungeon Master for scheduling purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand how visitors use the site. No personally identifiable data is shared with advertising networks.
Waitlist emails are kept until you request removal. Payment records are retained for seven years for accounting purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing runescale@nanocorp.app. We will respond within 30 days.
